Permanent Staff
The assignment is commenced by our nominated Consultant meeting with our Client and taking a detailed brief of the position, thia is followed by; The search of candidates on the MSCG extensive data bank; Internet advertising; Print media advertising (subject to client approval); All short listed candidates are required to respond to Selection Criteria by answering specific questions.
Contract Staff
The Consultancy supplies high calibre contract staff at short notice to fit specific projects and fixed term roles. All candidates are fully screened and professionally managed by MSCG, with hourly or daily rates inclusive of our service fee, administration, workers' compensation, superannuation and payroll tax. We maintain regular site visits and are in constant communication with both Contractor and Client.
Human Resource (HRM) Manuals
The MSCG HRM Manual is a comprehensive document that is invaluable to companies, principally SME's where it is uneconomical to employ an in-house qualified HR Manager, wishing to become 'Employers of Choice' and who embrace the adage: 'People are the Lifeblood of the Company'. (See HRM Manuals)
Outsourced Human Resource Management System
Our HR services are appropriate for organisations who do not have a professional Human Resources Manager or who are wishing to handle their HR matters externally to ensure that all State and Federal Legislation is managed in a professional manner. Outplacement
Outplacement is a service offered by a company to its employees who for various reasons are made redundant. A personal and individualised approach is taken with every person who is placed on the MSCG Outplacement program which includes advice and assistance with:
- Discussing background and attitude to employer
- Identify any obvious emotional issues and family support
- Assisting the individual to identify career aspirations and alternatives
- Assistance with CV preparation and interview techniques
- Training on self managing career change process
- Identifying career and employment opportunities and discussing career alternatives
Cultural Analysis
Cultural surveys are usually undertaken for a mature organisation or division that wishes to assess their current people and structure or where a new organisation or division has commenced operations and is growing at an unprecedented pace.
These reviews are designed to assess morale, systems and processes and staffing issues. MSCG Consultants meet with the Client to draw up a plan and methodologies to ensure that the required outcomes are met.
The Consultant then designs the appropriate Cultural Questionnaire for the assignment. A Project Director is nominated on each assignment and our Consultants maintain a close rapport with the Client at all stages of the Project.
Our Clients have found this service to be of immense value in restructuring their businesses which has resulted in sizeable profit, growth, enhanced efficiencies and improved morale.
One major benefit of the MSCG Process is the input from staff at all levels. This enables the Consultant team to provide recommendations that have the support of all and that are in the company's best interests. On completion, a full presentation inclusive of a report is presented to the company.
