Who are the "Munro Greys"?

  • Skilled and contributory staff and executives who experience discrimination because of age
  • Aged from 45 to 75 years
  • Possess the will, energy, experience, intelligence and determination to continue to contribute
  • "Munro Grey Talent" will range from $45,000 pa to $200,000 pa
  • Skills cover the broadest range
  • Experience includes customer service, call centre, supply chain, finance, retail, architecture and many others
